Return and exchange conditions
Article 9 of the current Law of Ukraine " On the Protection of Consumer Rights " provides for the consumer's right to exchange a non-food product of appropriate quality for a similar one, if the purchased product does not suit its shape, dimensions, style, color, size or for other reasons cannot be used for its intended purpose, if this the product has not been used and if its appearance, consumer properties, seals, labels and the settlement document issued by the seller together with the product have been preserved.
The seller does not have the right to refuse the exchange (return) of a product that is not included in the list, if it meets all the requirements provided for in Art. 9 of the Law (preserved product appearance, labels, seals, there is a settlement document, etc.).
Exceptions
The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine approved the list of goods of appropriate quality that are not subject to exchange or return (CMU Resolution of March 19, 1994 No. 172).

Product exchange procedure
Contact our manager +38 (095) 171 41 47 to clarify all the details of the replacement. Send the product for replacement to the address and name that were previously discussed with the manager. The parcel must be sent at your expense and without specifying the return delivery. The exception is the case if you received a low-quality product or the delivery was not what was ordered. Then the cost of re-delivery is at the expense of the online store. The replacement is sent to you within two working days after receiving the package from you.
Product return procedure

The parcel must be sent at your expense and without specifying the return delivery. The exception is the case if you received a low-quality product or the delivery was not what was ordered. Then the cost of re-delivery is at the expense of the online store. Money will be transferred to you within three working days from the day of receipt of the parcel.
